The apartment has great views of the sea and probably its very best asset is that it is located right above the beach of Megali Ammos. Next to the building a path leads directly on to this popular sandy beach. On this beach you will find a water sports school, several bars and restaurants and rental sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment provides a comfortable balcony that allows you to enjoy the views of the beach and the sea.

Irini’s house is located just a few minutes walking distance from town. In the immediate vicinity of this outstanding apartment there are several supermarkets as well as car rentals and tourist shops. There is a bus stop nearby from where you can go to many other beaches, and the last stop is Koukounaries beach, Skiathos’ most famous beach. When going into town, the road will lead you straight into Papadiamantis Street, the island’s main street, full of shops, restaurants and bars. Going down Papadiamantis Street, you come to the harbour, with a multitude of cafés and bars and a view of the sea, the traditional fishing boats and the incoming ferries.
